Warranty Policy

1. Warranty conditions

1.1 The product is warranted free of charge if all the following conditions are guaranteed:

  • Products that are under warranty support from the manufacturer or distributor.
  • The product has a technical error, damaged by the manufacturer's fault
  • The warranty period on the warranty card is still valid.
  • The warranty card is intact, not patched, not removed or repaired.
  • Full warranty information: product code, serial number, date of manufacture, customer name, address, date of purchase.
  • The warranty card and seal (if any) of the Manufacturer on the product intact.
  • Details in the device are intact, not removed inside.

1.2 The product is not warranted or will incur warranty costs if it falls into one of the following cases:

  • Products that are not covered by the warranty from the manufacturer or distributor.
  • The product does not meet one of the warranty conditions in section 1.1
  • Series number, product model does not match warranty card.
  • Customers voluntarily intervene to repair products or repair at warranty centers not authorized by the Manufacturer.
  • The product is damaged by user error, and the fault is not covered by the manufacturer's warranty.
  • In case of warranty fee incurred, Techmaster's customer care staff will advise customers fully before performing warranty procedures.

1.3 Warranty period

The 12-month warranty period is calculated from the date of purchase or from the date of manufacture depending on the type of product specified on the warranty card.

For products with a separate warranty period, details are provided in the quotation.

2. Warranty Application Method

2.1. Warranty location

  • Warranty location is included in the warranty card attached to the product. Please contact Techmaster Service Center directly in advance.

  • Techmaster customer care support department will guide customers details of the steps to the warranty center. All member supplier information is recorded on the delivery receipt / invoice slip attached to the package.

2.2. Warranty period

In any case, the warranty period for the product depends on the policy and availability of the replacement equipment / product. Our warranty department will be specifically informed to the customer with relevant information. After receiving the notice of warranty period, we will continuously monitor and notify the customer as soon as the warranty is complete.
